1. Who we are

MyIPLocation (myiplocation.org) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, installing our browser extension, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MyIPLocation.

2. The service

MyIPLocation provides IP address geolocation and network information tools — IP lookup, hostname-to-IP resolution, DNS lookup, WHOIS, IP blacklist checks, proxy/VPN/Tor detection for an IP address, common port reference, email header tracing, HTTP header checks, user-agent and country information — together with an AI network privacy checkup, a developer REST API, the IP Flager browser extension and educational guides about IP addressing and networking. Geolocation and detection results are estimates based on public and licensed data and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for critical decisions. MyIPLocation does not provide VPN, proxy or IP-changing services.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials and API keys secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Payments, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as "PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA" (or "PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET" for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

5. Subscriptions

The paid plan (Pro) is billed in advance on a monthly basis and renews automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. See our Refund Policy at https://myiplocation.org/refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyIPLocation to: break any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; track, locate or harass any person; interfere with or overload our systems (including by exceeding API rate limits or automating the website instead of using the API); or resell or share the service or your API keys without our permission.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies' logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — verify it before relying on it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process or display it). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with MyIPLocation.

9. Intellectual property

MyIPLocation, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites belong to their owners; MyIPLocation is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Geolocation data includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.

10. Disclaimers and liability

MyIPLocation is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

You can stop using MyIPLocation and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
